1. Can the cartridge be refilled with my own e-liquid?
Yes. The device ships empty; the cartridge takes any compatible e-liquid and can be refilled until the coil degrades.
2. How many refills does one cartridge last?
Typically 5 to 10, depending on liquid viscosity, sweetness and draw frequency. High-sugar liquids shorten coil life.
3. Do third-party cartridges fit?
No. The pod uses a proprietary connector, so only Vaplos cartridges seat correctly.
4. Does it leak when carried in a pocket?
The cartridge uses a sealed airflow path; normal use does not leak. Overfilling or leaving it inverted in heat can cause seepage.
5. Are devices and cartridges sold separately?
Yes. They are separate SKUs, so you can order any ratio of devices to cartridges.
6. Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples ship within 48 hours and are charged at unit price plus freight. Custom colour and logo samples take 7 to 10 working days.
7. Is the sample cost refundable?
Sample cost is deducted from the deposit once the bulk order is confirmed.
8. Do you ship DDP?
Yes. Door-to-door air and sea freight with duties and clearance included, or FOB / CIF if you use your own forwarder.
9. What documents are provided?
Commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS, and batch test reports. CE and RoHS testing can be arranged for qualified OEM orders.
10. What is the defect policy?
Every unit is draw tested before packing. Units verified defective on arrival are replaced 1:1 on the next order, supported by batch records.
11. Which nicotine strengths can be supplied?
0%, 2%, 3% and 5% salt nicotine as standard. Strengths above 2% are not compliant with EU TPD and cannot ship to those markets.
