Wattage, coil resistance, draw mode and battery level on one panel. The same display reports pod status when a pod is empty or not seated correctly.
2. What does the "Empty device" warning mean?
The device detects that no liquid is reaching the coil. Refill or replace the pod; the warning clears once a pod with liquid is seated.
3. Can the wattage be adjusted?
Output is set at 30W with coil protection. If you need a variable-wattage version for your market, it can be specified in the OEM configuration.
4. Which pods fit this device?
The 0.6 ohm mesh pod built for this body. Cartridges are a separate SKU, so you can stock devices and pods at your own ratio.
5. How long does one pod last?
Typically 8 to 15 refills depending on liquid sweetness and draw frequency. High-sugar liquids shorten coil life.
6. How long does charging take?
Around 60 to 90 minutes from empty with a standard 1A Type-C charger. The screen shows charge progress while connected.
7. Can the screen UI be customised?
Yes. Icon set, accent colour, boot logo and animation can be replaced from 1,000 sets. UI changes do not require a mould change.
8. Can I order samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Door-to-door air and sea freight with duties and clearance included, or FOB / CIF if you use your own forwarder.

11. What is the defect policy?
