The screen is the product here. A full-height display covers the front panel and carries the whole interface: an animated background, a two-position mode switch between ICE and Normal, battery percentage, remaining liquid and a touch strip below the artwork. There is no small side window and no four-LED indicator — everything is on the face. The unit arrives prefilled and sealed: no refilling, no pod swapping, no setup.
The chassis is a rounded slab in a light metallic frame with a translucent mouthpiece, sized to sit flat on a counter. Because the interface, the wallpaper and the accent colours are all software, the same body can carry a completely different identity per brand without a tooling change.

1. What is the difference between ICE and Normal mode?
ICE delivers a colder draw with a stronger cooling note; Normal is the standard output curve. The switch sits on the screen itself.
2. What does the screen actually display?
An animated wallpaper, the active mode, battery percentage and remaining e-liquid, plus a touch strip for switching modes.
3. Can the wallpaper and icons be customised?
Yes. Wallpaper, icon set, mode labels, boot animation and accent colour can all be replaced from 1,000 pcs, with no hardware change.
4. Is it rechargeable?
Yes, over USB-C. The screen shows charge progress and the live percentage while connected.
5. How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Roughly one to two days of moderate use, depending on mode. ICE mode draws slightly more power.
6. Is the screen glass or plastic?
A hardened plastic lens over the panel. It is recessed into the frame so the edges are protected in a pocket.
7. Can I order samples before a bulk order?
Yes. Stock samples ship within 48 hours at unit price plus freight. Custom UI samples take 7 to 10 working days.
8. Do you ship DDP?
Yes. Door-to-door air and sea freight with duties and clearance included, or FOB / CIF if you use your own forwarder.
9. What documents are provided?
Commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS and batch test reports. CE and RoHS testing can be arranged for qualified OEM orders.
10. What is the defect policy?
Every unit is powered on, screen checked and draw tested before packing. Units verified defective on arrival are replaced 1:1.
11. Which nicotine strengths can be supplied?
0%, 2%, 3% and 5% salt nicotine as standard. Above 2% is not TPD compliant and cannot ship to EU markets.
12. Does it need refilling or pod replacement?
No. The device is prefilled and sealed at the factory; there is no fill port and no replaceable pod. Dispose of it when the liquid or battery is exhausted.
